  • Our TimeOut stay gave us something that is incredibly hard to put a value on: time together, away from reality. For a few precious days, there were no responsibilities, no noise and nowhere we needed to be. We had privacy, silence, fresh air and the space to simply be together. We barely even took photos during our stay. We weren’t documenting memories, we were living them. Those moments are ours now, and we will carry them with us forever. There is something incredibly humbling about knowing a complete stranger has generously opened their holiday home to a whaanau they may never meet, simply to give them the opportunity to create memories together. I hope every homeowner who supports TimeOut understands that they are giving so much more than a few nights in a beautiful home. They are giving whaanau time.
