We are so grateful. Warren was diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer last year and underwent a gruelling treatment plan. He is still receiving treatment which has limited us from going anywhere. This magnificent place was so close to our home and facilities that it made it possible to escape. To be able to get away from your familiar 4 walls and spend time in such a beautiful setting really refreshed our spirits so we can carry on with this cancer journey. To have our family visit and create memories just filled our hearts, and to see Warren truly relax and smile was a blessing. This escape was just the medicine that we needed.
