We had a wonderful time thanks to your wonderful generosity and the generosity of the homeowner. The stay was amazing. It was our first time getting away from the ten day a month chemo I am now on. You get in a rut with backwards and forwards from the hospital. Then a little more than two weeks and you start it all again. We didn’t realise how down we were until we had this break that we would never have had without you. It’s such a wonderful kindness you do, as pensioners it was a holiday we could never have afforded given the hidden cost that escalates with constant hospital trips. You make a real difference in quality of life for terminal patients.
