Not having the extra financial burden of paying for accommodation made this holiday so much easier. I had to stop teaching when the cancer spread further in my bones and my bones started fracturing. I’ve fought hard to get back to a place of wellness and to be in Otematata and experience some stunning bush walks was just amazing.
