TimeOut has taken an exciting step forward by moving all of our operations to the Salesforce platform, helping us work more efficiently and better support the families and holiday homeowners we serve.

Salesforce is one of the world’s leading customer relationship management (CRM) systems, used by organisations of all sizes to manage information, streamline processes and strengthen relationships. Thanks to Salesforce’s generous donation of the platform, and the incredible expertise of Datacom, TimeOut now has a modern system that supports every aspect of our work.

From processing recipient applications and managing donated holiday homes, to communicating with our supporters and reporting on our impact, Salesforce has transformed the way we operate. By reducing administration and automating many of our day-to-day tasks, we’re able to spend more time focused on what matters most—connecting families living with stage 4 cancer or an incurable illness with the gift of a much-needed break together.

As a small charity, access to technology of this calibre would not have been possible without the generosity of organisations that believe in our mission. Their support is helping us build a stronger, more sustainable future, ensuring we can continue creating TimeOut moments for families across Aotearoa for many years to come.
